B. Freight Slot Booking & Invoicing

All quotes, price indicators, container allocations, and shipping schedules issued by our New Delhi office represent preliminary commercial invitations. Binding freight agreements, customs commitments, and cargo sourcing contracts are only finalized upon issuance of structured purchase invoices and signed Bills of Lading (BoL).

C. Governing Law

All trading contracts, disputes, and terms of service are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any litigation must be raised before competent courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
